Restep: 30-Day Risk-Free Trial & Refund Policy

At Restep, we want you to experience the relief our compression sleeves provide. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. We encourage you to wear them and feel the difference, but we ask that you treat them with care during this period.

1. The 30-Day Trial Terms

You can try the Restep foot sleeves for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you aren't satisfied with the results, you may return them for a refund or replacement, provided:

  • Condition: The sleeve must be undamaged. We cannot accept returns for sleeves that have been torn, punctured, or modified.

  • Cleanliness: For hygiene reasons, sleeves returned with visible stains, odors, or significant wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Completeness: The attached support strap must be intact and returned with the sleeve.

2. Damaged on Arrival (Unboxing Rule)

If the product arrives damaged from the courier, the trial terms do not apply—this is a transit issue.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for a product received in damaged condition, an uncut unboxing video is compulsory.

  • This video must show the outer polybag/label and the internal damage as you open it.

  • Without this video, we reserve the right to deny damage claims.

3. Replacements & Reverse Logistics

If you need a different size or a fresh unit during your trial:

  • Convenience Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • Service Fee: A fee of ₹100 is charged to cover the logistics and processing of the replacement.

  • Policy Note: Once an order has been replaced, the trial period concludes. Replaced orders are final and are not applicable for monetary refunds.

4. Refund Processing

If you choose to return the product for a refund under the 30-day trial:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your account details or UPI ID upon a successful quality check of the returned item.

  • Right to Deny: Restep reserves the absolute right to deny a refund if the returned sleeve is found to be damaged, soiled, or in a condition that prevents us from verifying the defect or origin.

5. How to Start Your Return

To initiate your trial return or a replacement, please email support@restep.in with:

  1. Your Order ID.

  2. Clear photos of the current condition of the sleeve (front and back).

  3. Your reason for the return (to help us improve!).
