SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
We process and ship orders the next business day after your order is placed. During special sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Minimum cart value: Orders must have a minimum cart value of ₹1,599 to qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping partners: We ship through Delhivery and Shadowfax.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional COD fee of ₹60.
Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are managed by our logistics partners and may occasionally vary.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Modifications
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we can help you update your shipping address or contact details as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Modifications to the items in your order are not possible after confirmation.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Restep M compression foot sleeves. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of your order.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of order.
- The product must be in its original condition (used or unused). Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original state will not be accepted for return.
- A return shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged to the customer.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may do so free of charge. Since we ship orders the next business day, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your cancellation is processed in time. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may initiate a return under our 30-day return policy (return shipping charges of ₹200 will apply).
REFUND POLICY
- Cancelled orders (before shipment): Full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Returned orders: Refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected. A return shipping fee of ₹200 will be deducted.
- COD orders: The ₹60 COD fee is non-refundable. Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our support team when initiating the return.
